Product Description
ShopsRobot sound sensor is designed for external volume detection. It is constituted of a microphone and LM358 chip. Sound sensor works by converting sound vibration in the microphone to electrical signal output. The sound wave triggers capacitance change in the microphone causing it to produce a tiny voltage. Then LM358 chip will amplify the voltage to 0 – 5V which will be received by the data acquisition unit after A/D adapter conversion.
It is widely applicable in sound control robot, sound control switch, sound control alarm, etc.
